Grappatini
- 2 ounces Soft Tail Vodka

- 1/2 ounceĀ Soft Sagiovese Grappa
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 table-spoon fresh orange rind
- 1 thin slice of lime
- 6 cubes of ice
- muddle until ice is crushed.
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- shake and pour with cheese cloth filter
- serve in martini glass with lemon slice garnish
Soft Tail Sour
- 2 ounces Soft Tail Reserve Grappa
- 1 ounce fresh squeeze lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- shake and serve in cocktail glass rimmed with fine salt & sugar
Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter
- 3/4 ounces Soft Tail Reserve Grappa at freezing temperature
- 1/4 ounces Creme De Menthe
- Mix and serve in 1 ounce shot glass
