Soft Tail Saint - Courtesy of Dan Minjares (Sky City – The Space Needle)
- 2 oz. Soft Tail Vodka

- 1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¾ oz. yuzu citrus juice
- Shake and serve in a martini glass
- Add a “sink” of Chambord at the bottom of the glass
- Garnish with a long orange twist
The Pink Rottweiler
- 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- sprig of fresh mint leaves
- 6 ice cubes
- muddle until ice is crushed
- 1 ounce Soft Tail Grappa Reserve
- 1 ounce Soft Tail Vodka
- shake & pour with cheese cloth filter
- serve in martini glass with mint leaf garnish
Rosemary Afternoon - Contributed by Michelle Waite
- 3 inch sprig of Rosemary
- 1 small wedge of fresh lemon
- 6 ice Cubes
- muddle until ice is crushed
- 2 ounces Soft Tail Spirits Vodka
- 1/8 ounce Vermouth
- shake & pour with cheese cloth filter into martini glass
- serve with thin lemon slice garnish

- 1/2 ounce cardamom seeds
- 1 lemon slice with rind
- 6 ice cubes
- muddle until ice is crushed
- 2 ounces of Soft Tail Vodka
- shake and pour with cheese cloth filter
- serve in martini glass with lemon slice garish
